Thanks - it's all just practice and a hell of a lot of patience. Although a decent lens and good lighting help a hell of a lot.

I like the balance that you got with the over turned leaf with water drop in one corner and the darker red leaf in the other, also the balance of lights and dark in the photo as a whole.

Mama Nature is great and things like that - I just try to avoid stepping on it before I can get a photo.

Fantastic colors and detail, this really looks like it should be on a holiday card. I paused a minute to think what else it would work for and the shape struck me as tile-like. If it were possible to print this on linoleum that would make one spectacular floor.

As for the linoleum floor, I think that might be a tad busy. Interesting idea, though!

I suppose it would be a bit over the top, but I still like the idea of covering a floor with the appearance of leaf-litter.
